HUD FY 26 CoC NOFO Information

The Ventura County Continuum of Care (VC CoC) is pleased to announce the opening of the FY 2026 VC CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Local Competition.

The HUD CoC NOFO is a federal program designed to promote a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness. Through this funding opportunity, nonprofit organizations and local governments can apply for resources to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness quickly obtain stable housing and access supportive services. The program promotes connections to mainstream community resources and services that help individuals and families achieve long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency.
